To start your virtual visit on the booked date and time, be near the appliance and call on the provided phone number using your smart phone.
- If you choose to use video, your technician will text you a link after you start your call. Standard provider message rates and taxes may apply. The link will allow one-way visibility to your device’s camera and you will need to remain on the line for audio.
